What are Bath Salts?
Bath salts are pulverized minerals (Epsom salts, sea salt, baking soda, MCT oil, essential oil and CBD isolate) that are added to warm water to use for bathing or soaking. The harmonious combination of these ingredients create the ultimate relaxation all of us are in need of.
How to use bath salts:
A sprinkle here and a sprinkle there...
Bath
Fill up you bathtub with warm water and sprinkle 1/4 Cup - 1/2 Cup Green Gold Bath Salts. Allow salts to dissolve and soak for at least 20 minutes to receive full benefits. To amp it up a notch, we recommend adding rose petals.
Shower
Before turning on the shower sprinkle bath salts on the shower floor. When the hot water turns on, it will hit the bath salts creating your own personal aromatherapy sauna.
Foot & Hand Soak
In a foot bath or large hand bowl add 1/4 Cup of Green Gold Bath Salts to warm water. Kick back, relax and soak your hands & feet.
Exfoliation
When it come to exfoliation, being gentle with your skin is key. To exfoliate the skin, take 1/4 Cup - 1/2 Cup Green Gold Bath Salts with 1TBS - 1 1/2 TBS of coconut oil and gently scrub skin; however, they are too abrasive for the face so only use bath salts to exfoliate the body.
Overview
Bath salts have many different was to uses; however, the end result tends to be the same throughout the method of use. Relaxation, soothing sore muscles, ease joint pain, and even helps with lifting the fog of depression and the jitters from anxiety.
I love that I can use these in the shower as well!
