Fudgy Peppermint Brownies

As always, our recipes are vegan and infused with CBD; however, we added a bonus to this recipe as well, it's gluten free!

This melt in your mouth dessert is perfect for the holiday season. Crush up some candy canes to add to the top of this chocolate filled delight for the perfect holiday twist.


  • Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Whole Grain Oat Flour

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar in the Raw

  • 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chunks

  • 1/2 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (We recommend the brand Enjoy Life)

  • 2 Vanilla Beans

  • 1/2 Cup Oat Milk

  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil

  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 Bottle Green Gold CBD Tincture (We recommend 1000mg for 60mg brownies)

  • 3-4 Candy Canes *Crushed*


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F line 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a double boiler add chocolate chips, oil, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder. Allow everything to slowly melt until everything is slightly combined then add in the milk and vanilla bean seeds until well combined.

  3. Slowly fold in the flour until fully combined.

  4. Gently, add the CBD tincture and chocolate chunks, make sure to not let the chocolate chunks melt!

  5. Pour the brownie batter into a lined baking pan and bake for 35 minutes - 40 minutes or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.

  6. Once out of the oven, allow the brownies to cool for 5 minutes then add the crushed peppermint candy canes to the top of the brownies. Set aside for 10 minutes.

  7. Slice and enjoy!
