Pumpkin Pie

Simple to make, plant based, and most importantly infused with CBD.



Ingredients:

  • 15oz Pumpkin Puree

  • 3/4 cup Coconut Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Corn Starch or Flour

  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 TSP Vanilla

  • 1 TBS Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 1/2 TSP Cinnamon

  • 1 Bottle Green Gold CBD Tincture

  • Pie Crust

  • Coconut Whipped Cream *Optional*

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F, grease pie pan and have your pie crust ready.

  2. In a large mixing bowl add pumpkin puree, coconut milk, CBD tincture, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch , maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Mix well.

  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie pan atop the crust and smooth evenly.

  4. Bake for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.

  5. Let cool and allow to chill for a least 4 hours, overnight is preferred.

  6. Serve with whipped cream on top and enjoy!
