Simple to make, plant based, and most importantly infused with CBD.
Ingredients:
15oz Pumpkin Puree
3/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 Cup Corn Starch or Flour
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1 TSP Vanilla
1 TBS Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 TSP Cinnamon
1 Bottle Green Gold CBD Tincture
Pie Crust
Coconut Whipped Cream *Optional*
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F, grease pie pan and have your pie crust ready.
In a large mixing bowl add pumpkin puree, coconut milk, CBD tincture, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch , maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Mix well.
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie pan atop the crust and smooth evenly.
Bake for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown.
Let cool and allow to chill for a least 4 hours, overnight is preferred.
Serve with whipped cream on top and enjoy!
